Daft Punk were innovators. The reason I got into EDM in the first place. They produced music no one here in America had gotten used to, or even heard of before. Daft Punk’s sound was so ahead of their time, from “Daftendirekt” to “Emotion” and even the Tron: Legacy soundtrack. From time to time I (and every other nostalgic DP fanboy & fangirl alike) may overrate them a bit, but their imagination and originality is undeniable. (MARRY ME)

I. Fucking. Love. Justice. You don’t get hard French electro like that very often, and when Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Auge deliver, THEY DELIVER. HARD. And I enjoy the hell out of Audio, Video, Disco. Plus, when you beat Kanye West for an award and make him trip about it, you know you’ve done something right. (marry me)

The Prodigy is really a force to be reckoned with. I’ve always loved “Omen”, but it wasn’t until “Warrior’s Dance” that I truly fell in love with these creative individuals. Love ‘em to death. (perfect)
