This summer will be the brony community’s detox session.

Some people will be headed to Bronycon.

Some will go to Everfree NW.

Some will be headed to Canterlot Gardens.

Some people will be (most are) chilling from school/work/Diablo III to focus on their art/fimfiction/music/wtf ever.

Some people will be watching MLP:FiM from S1E1 to the Royal Wedding episodes straight, nonstop.

Some people will dealing with their brony-related RL problems more properly this time around.

Some will be dealing with their problems in general.

There will be new bronies.

There will be veterans leaving the fandom.

There will be new relationships formed.

There will be bonds broken.

In any case, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic has given me a chance to do something constructive and enhance my own life, and I hope it has done the same to you.

This is still a young community, so as we grow, let us give the community a chance to grow with us, and let’s grow with the community. We are not perfect; we make mistakes. But birds of a feather flock together, so let us hold each other up and support ourselves. Let’s separate the ignorance, sadness, deceitfulness, greediness, low self-esteem, and loneliness from the kindness, laughter, honesty, generosity, loyalty, and magic.

TL;DR: Chill the fuck out, and grow the fuck up. No excuses.
